Maggie began her real estate career in 2020 with the Paul Salazar Group, quickly becoming an integral part of the team. Originally from Washington, she made the move to Los Angeles to pursue her passion for real estate, where she served as Paul’s Operations Manager for two years. In that role, she developed a strong foundation in transaction management, client service, and the behind-the-scenes details that ensure every deal runs smoothly.

After returning to Washington, Maggie expanded her role to become a licensed real estate agent serving the greater Seattle area, while continuing to support the Paul Salazar Group as a full-time Escrow Manager. Her unique dual perspective allows her to guide transactions with both precision and a deep understanding of the client experience.

Maggie is known for her organization, communication, and commitment to making each transaction as seamless as possible for both clients and agents. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter as they build their life in the Pacific Northwest.
